You may return any Keys(items) within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Some Dealers Program incorrectly and blame our keys. Please be assured we scan each keys radio and antenna transponder while it is inside your stamped and labelled package. This is so we can scan your exact key back for a 100% FULL REFUND even if the dealer or locksmith is at fault! No more worries with Keyless Joe! 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 2 business days of us receiving your return. This maximum time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our 90 day warranty covers almost anything that happens to your key. we digitally track the encoded serial number so we know 100% which chips we send out and get back in return. with this system our customers are able to return a key with a cut blade or perhaps a chip that was broke by a locksmith/dealer and still receive a full refund. so feel free to buy a key, have the dealer program it, and if any trouble happens and your key just wont work then just go ahead and contact us! we'll get your refund/exchange going and get you taken care of!
